Scion xb was again subject to innovation in 2011 and a system of Bluetooth was introduced. In 2012 the car again underwent innovation and special features were embedded in the car such as brake assist, anti-lock brakes, electronic brake force distribution system, dual stage airbags so that the front passenger can feel comfortable, side torso airbags, side curtain airbags, and first-aid kit. From 2012 onwards, it was available only in Orange color and the country produced nearly 1500 units.

Scion xb is available in two forms subcompact and compact forms. It consists of two models. I.e. 5-speed manual and 4-speed transmission. The model that was manufactured in 2012 consisted of many other features such as matching seat colors, paint colors, DVD players, tail lights, wheel covers or special wheels, indicator for special badge, other accessories, exterior colors, etc. The present model is available with AC propulsion and Scion xb is known as the electric version.
